Our team comprises qualified professionals known for their adaptability and flexibility in meeting each child’s unique needs. We specialise in working with children who are part of child protection plans.
Our mission is to reconnect families keeping the best interest of the child in mind. We strive that the child’s wishes, and feelings are ascertained in all areas and taken into consideration to bring better changes to their lives.
Through our activities we aim that all children’s voices are heard through the transition of a relationship ending. We aim that the child’s voice is valued and taken into consideration.
A Family Group Conference (FGC) is a family-led meeting to support families to work together in reaching an agreed plan that is in the best interest of the child. An independent co-ordinator will support the family through the process ensuring that transparency is maintained.
The Parent Assessment Manual Software (PAMS) is a comprehensive assessment tool used to assess parenting capacity for use with vulnerable families, including parents with learning disabilities.
